Bi Lo Chun (Green Tea)
Originated from the Jiangsu province of China, Bi Lo Chun in Taiwan appeared a little different from those in China.
Looking like dark-green pointy sword blades, those grown in Taiwan are a bit longer. Since Bi Lo Chun is a variety of green tea, there is no withering or fermentation. Only tender leaves are selected. After the leaves are picked, they are sent straight to panning.
Our Bi Lo Chung is produced in the Sanshiar area of Taiwan.
